Services were held Sunday, December 29, 1968 at 2:00 p.m. in the Church of Christ with George Frank, minister officiating. Born August 14, 1892 in Nocona, Texas, he was married December 22, 1915 to Jesse F. Lusher in Cheyenne. The family came to Cheyenne in 1896. He has been a member of the Church of Christ for 15 years. Survivvors are his wife of the home; two sons, Payne, Burkburnett, Texas, Coleman, Amarillo, Texas, Luther, Reydon; one sister, Mrs. Harry Nail, Perryton, Texas; four grandchildren; one great grandchild. Pallbearers were Clifford Miller, Kenneth Balzer, Ralph Coon, Andrew Garver, Don Cearlock.
