Billie ray is survived by his father and mother Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie Isch and two sisters Bab and Roxanne of Hereford, Texas. Grand parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charley Boling of Cedartown, Georgia and Mr. and Mrs. Herman Isch of Reydon, Oklahoma, several aunts and uncles and other relatives. Moore Funeral Home in Sayre was in charge of the services. relatives from a distance attending were Mr. and Mrs. Allen Barham of Dumas, Texas, Mr. and Mrs. John Isch and girls, White Deer, Texas, Mrs. June Tice and girls of Hardesty, Oklahoma, Mr. Jack Isch of Edmond, Oklahoma and rs.
