Taylor was born at New Alexander, Pennsylvania, June 18, 1851 and died Nov. 26, 1935 age 84 years, 5 months and 8 days. He was married to Miss Mattiew Lula McClaren in 1885 and to this union were born 13 children, 9 of whom are living. They also have 18 grandchildren. The children are Mrs. Eva Decrocker, Kalamaazoo, Michigan; Mrs. Fern Ruby of Denver, CO; Mrs. Grace Thompson of Reydon, OK; Frank and Georgee Taylor twins, Frank residing in Wichita, Kansas and George near Reydon; Paul, Verne and Wayne, all of near Reydon and Mrs. Agnes Meeks of Reydon; onee brother Frank of near Reydon. Mr. Tayulor united with the Cumberland Presbyterian Church early in life. Funeral services were held in Reydon at the Assembly of God Church by the pastor, M.A. Hawkins.
