He passed away September 14, 2006 at the age of 56 years, 5 months and 15 days. Quinton graduated from Reydon High School in 19698. He then continued his education at Sayre Junior College. He later moved to Friona, Texas, where he worked at Misssouri Beef Company before moving to Wheeler, Texas and was employed with El Paso Natural Gas. In 1978, he returned to Reydon where he farmed and ranched. He was married to Jacky Pyatt at Wheeler, Texas on April 7, 2000 and they made their home in Elk City. Quinton enjoyed coyote hunting, working in thed yard and had also taken up square dancing. He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother, Elmer Ray (Bubbles) Harrison. Services were held September 17, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at Reydon Community Building officiated by Jeff Hulbut and Heath Murrah. Burial was held at White Rosse Cemetery, Reydon, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of Whinery-Savage Funeral Service. Casket Bearers were Bill Crowley, Bill Harmon, Joe Yowell, Les Kendall, Richard York, Ronnie Carey. Honorary Casket Bearers Bill Harrison, Don Thomas, Jim Sanderford. Survivors include his wife Jacky of thed home; 1 daughter Stephanie Harrison of Elk City, Oklahoma; 1 son Brande Harrison of Cheyenne, Oklahoma; 1 grandson, Blane Harrison of Elk City, Oklahoma; 1 brother Key Harrison and wife Jill of Hereford, Texas; 1 stepson Brady Hagood and wife Gay of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; 2 stepdaughters Trish Randolph and husband, Gary of Edmond, Oklahoma, and Stacy Smith and husband, Robert of Houston, Texas; 8 grandchildren and a hosst of other relatives and friends.
