Richeson, Eldorado, Oklahoma, were held Monday at 230 p.m. at the Crawford school auditorium. Mrs. Townsley was born December 7, 1871 in Texas and was married to E. Walter Townsley December 22, 1889 in Oran, Texas. She came to Oklahoma 57 years ago and lived in Roger Mills County since 1923. She is a long-time member of the Baptist church. Survivors include three daughters, Miss Maggie Townsley and Mrs. W.L. Richeson, both of Eldorado, Oklahoma; Mrs. William Brinkley, Roswell, New Mexico; six sons, Elbert of Pritchett, California; Frank of Trulock, California; Roy of Lemon Grove, California; Lee of Crawford, Oklahoma; Harvey of Lowell, Arkansas and Wesley of Vaniadum, New Mexico; three brothers, Ira and Frank Smith of Throckmorton, Texas and Lee of Wichita Falls, Texas. Her husband preceded her in death. Burial was at the Silent Home Cemetery, Roll, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma with the Scroggins Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
