Mrs. Underwood was 32 years old the 28 day of March. Roy Howard was 4 years old the 30th day of last June. Mrs. Underwood was a christian from her youth, and a member of the Methodist church. She was conscious that death was near, and expressed but one desire and that was to see her daugher, Fay, before death came. She testified to the fact that she was ready to go. Jesus said, "Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not; for of such is the kingdom of God." Roy Howard is safe in the Heavenly Father's care. The hearts saddened by her going are: Perry Underwood, her husband, Fay Vassar, daughter, Huey Underwood, her stepson, five brothers, three half brothers and two sisters. Mrs. White, Mrs. Ritchie, C.R., G.C. and H.R. Truitee and Fay Vasser attended the funeral. Bodies were laid to rest in Cheyenne cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma, Rev. J.H.
