Creach of Hammon, one of the most substantial citizens of this county, and who had been a long resident of the Hammon community suddenly passed into the great beyond last Tuesday night, January 27, 1925. We have been unable to acertain the particulars, only that his death was sudden and came as great shock and surprise to his friends here and the people of Hammon. Mr. Creach was a man who always attended to his own affairs and accorded other people the same privilige, yet he was always found firmly standing on the side of right. He was indeed a great asset to his community. With his passing Hammon has lost one of its best and most highly respected citizens. Funeral services wer held today at Hammon. Burial Red Hill Cemetery, Hammon, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma. (headstone reads born Dec. 14, 1858 Died Jan. 27, 1925. Cheyenne Star Jan 29, 1925)
