Dillon was born April 1857, at Springfield, Illinois. He was married April 14, 1887 to Eunice Dell Reeves at Trinidad, Colorado. To this union were born five girls one preceding him to the Great Beyond, Mrs. Oliver Jencks with whom he was making his home at the time of his death, Mrs. Inez Sperling of Portland, Oregon, Mrs. Hazel willshire of eugene, Oregon, Mrs. frances Morvill of Whittier, Colorado and nine grandchildren. He has a sister living in Colorado. He was converted in the Methodist church at Appetonl, washington several years ago. Burial in Cheyenne Cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma.
