She united with the Missionary Baptist church in 1917. She was married in the spring of 1922 to John H. Moore of Dempsey community. Two daughters were born to them, and both survive her. She died Thursday April 23, 1925 and was buried in Dempsey cemetery, Dempsey, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma. Rev Austin Coughley delivered the funeral address and the Rankin Odd Fellows had charge of the funeral. Mineola Moore leaves a husband, two children, her parents and a brother and sister to mourn her loss. Besides these she leaves a hot of friends who have learned to love her very much and hope to meet her in a better world. (Cheyenne Star April 30, 1925)
