Departed this life into "Eternity" on Jly 14, 1928 at St. Anthony's Hospital, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 31 years, 11 months, 20 days. In 1913 "Cecily" as she was familiary known among her friends, which were many, was converted and united with the Methodist Church South, at Sweetwater, Okla. and lived a consecrated Christian life. On July 10, 1927 she was united in marriage to Mr. Luther E. Hill of Ponca city, Oklahoma where they since made their home. To this union one daughter was born on May 27 named Bessie Mildre. "Cecily" was a loving daughter, kind and affectionate wife and mother. Her body was brought back to the home of her parents, where the funeral services were held on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. by Rev. C. Perry McArthur after which the remains were conveyed to and laid to rest at the Mulberry Cemetery, Sweetwater, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma followed by a large concourse of relatives and friends.
