Cunningham, was born in Grandbury, Hood County, Texas, January 19, 1887, and departed this life November 14, 1947 at Cheyenne, Oklahoma at the age of 60 years, 9 months and 26 days. Three brothers and two sisters preceded him in death. He moved to Cheyenne with the family, June 10, 1892, where he spent the remainder of his life. he was a rural mail carrier in Roger Mills County for 30 years. He was converted and baptized into the Pentecostal Holiness Church in 1925 and was married to Lola Mabel Boigegrain in the same year, who preceded him in death. April 22, 1931, he was married to Mrs. Beatrice Lile Hunter of Paris, Arkansas. To this union one son was born, James Harold Cunningham. He leaves to mourn his passing, his wife, his son, James Harold, at home, his son Sgt. Winifred Hunter, Army Air Force, Rapid City, South Dakota, his daughter, Ernestine Livingston, Cortez, Colorado, and two grandchildren. Four sisters, Mrs. Lillie Cross and Mrs. S.H. Rimbey of Cheyenne, Mrs. H.C. Kaiser of Springfield, Colorado, Mrs. Alberta McKinney of Los Angeles, California. Three brothers, K.L. and Judson of Cheyenne and Ray of Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma, besides a host of other relatives and friends. Burial Cheyenne cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma.
