Nebhut was born April 4, 1858 at Marshall, Texas, being 60 years, 5 months and 28 days of age at date of death born October 2, 1918. He wa a charter member of strong City Lodge No. 469, was made mason at Terrell, Texas more than 30 years ago, he was a meber in good standing and well beloved of the Woodman of the World and Independant Order of Oddfellows, has been a faithful member of the Christian church more than 20 years. He was married to Miss Lillie Francis Noell, October 5, 1879 to this union was born 5 children all of whom are living except one who died in infancy. Mr. Nebhut was strcken down August 26, was operated upon August 29 at Clinton, Oklahoma, and suffered much pain from that date without a murmer until the earl morning of October 2, 1918 when he was called to that home on high.
