He was united in marriage to Martha Littlepage October 26, 1907 at Jacksboro, Texas. To this union was born 7 children, all present but three, who were detained by sickness, who are Velma, Leona and Cecil. He leaves: Everett Jackson, Strong City, Oklahoma; Velma Shinault, Elk City, Okla.; Cecil Jackson, Napa, Calif.; Leona Mitchell, El Monte, Calif.; Clara Beckel, Durham, Oklahoma; Leon Jackson, Durham, Okla.; Troy Jackson of the U.S. Navy. He has five sisters and six brothers two of whom preceded him in death, Jake and Mattie Dollie. Those living are: Brand Jackson, Bellmien, Texas; Mac Jackson, Jacksboro, Texas; Isom Jackson, Fairfax, Okla.; Sam Jackson, Prescott, Arizona; Nellie Majors, Cordell, Okla.; Betty Roberson, Prescott, Arizona; Frankie Masesy, Burbank, Okla.; Della Brisco, Snow, Oklahoma; Buck Jackson, Chickasha, Okla.
