Funeral services were held at the Silent Home Cemetery, Roll, Roger Mills County Thursday afternoon wit the Rev. W.R. Dikes in charge of the sermon. Tunnard Funeral home of Cheyenne had charge of the services. Tom Lovett settled on a ranch north of Roll in the pie Flat community in the early days where he established a home and reeared a family. He was always regarded as a substantial citizen and had many friends. He was one of those early settlers who helped to build this great commonwealth, and whose word was as good as his bond. Any time Tom Lovett said he would do a thing, it could be relied upon. In the passing of Tom Lovett, Roger Mills County loses a good citizen. He leaves to mourn his loss a wife, three daughters and seven sons, all of whom are living. Mr. Lovett was born December 20, 1860 was 71 years, 1 month and 6 days of age.
