T.E. King, Higgins, Texas, officated. Mr. Condo was born September 5, 1890, at Monticello, Indiana. He was postmaster at Crawford at the time of his death, having held that position for 14 years. He settled at Crawford in 1902. May 26, 1916, he was married to Myrtle Muncey, at Clinton. He was a long-time member of the Church of Christ. He was a veteran of World War I, having served in the Navy. Survivors include his wife, of Crawford, one daughter, Mrs. Freda Lou Harvey of Littlefield, Texas, one grandson, four brothers, Sam of Reydon, Ray of Keota, Carl of Eldon, Missouri, and Will, Schell City, Misssouri, and two half-brothers, Rev. Sanford Cole, Canadian, Texas, and Loyd Cole of Durham. Commital was at the Silent Home Cemetery, Roll, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma. Scroggins Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
