Trammell were conducted in the Methodist church in this city last Saturday with Rev. Gerald Main officiating. Mrs. Trammell passed away in the Cheyenne hgospital, Thursday April 15, 1957, after a long illness. Mrs. Trammell was born Elizabeth Rushin at Corsicani, Texas, May 3, 1869. On August 2, 1883 she was married to Phillip Trammell. To this union six children were born, three of whom survive. They are Mrs. Ethel Upchurch, Oklahoma City, Mrs. Ruth Cary, Reydon and Mrs. Frankie Danner, Waynoka. Her husband preceded her in death in December 1955. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. Aunt Betty, as she was known to her many friends, loved people especially young people. As long as she maintained a home her friends were always welcome and she always insisted upon them eating with her. Mrs. Trammell was a member of the Methodist church of Cheyenne. During her last illness eh was very appreciative of the kindness of friends and always had a feeling of gratitude towards those who cared for her. Committal was in the Cheyenne cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the directionof Scroggins Funeral Home. Cheyenne Star, Cheyenne, OK
