Tucker, retired farmer and rancher of Sayre, were conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. in the Sayre Methodist church. Rev. L.W. Cronin, Rev. Dick Robinson and Rev. Fred Jordan officiated. He was born June 28, 1882, in Warrenburg, Missouri, and came to western Oklahoma in 1911, and settled in the Sunny Point community. There he lived until 1946 when he retired and moved to Sayre. He was a member of the Methodist church. He was married to Anna Mae Jones on December 24, 1905 at Ringold, Texas, who died in 1945. He was married to Mrs. Blanche Kimbel on April 18, 1949. Survivors are his wife of the home address, five daughters, Mrs. Alice Johnson of Spearman, Texas, Mrs. Beatrice Binion of Mayfield, Mrs. Frances Hunt of Madisonville, Kentucky, Mrs. Elizabeth Holbrook of Sayre, and Mrs. Mary Lee Terry of Clinton; four sons, Horace of Grass Valley, California, Earl of Grimes, Moody of Sacramento, California, and Bill of Stillwater; two sisters, Mrs. Lee Hudgens of Wilson, Mrs. Maurice Kenner of Crowell, Texas, and two brothers, C.R. of Nacoma, Texas, and T.P. of Grimes.
