Conducting the services was Re v. Carl F. Cree of Snyder and Rev. C. E. Ditterline of Cheyenne. Truman Green died Friday night, November 20, 1953 at the age of 25 years. He was born near Canute November 28, 1928 and came with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.D. Green to Cheyenne at the age of one year, where he had resided since. He was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness church. Immediate survivors are his wife, Cleo Whitson Green to whom he was married on September 12, 1949 and two children, Jannet and Tommy; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.D. Green of Cheyenne, six brothers and three sisters also survive. They are: Clyde Green, Cheyenne; Robert Green and John Green, both of Borger, Texas; Homer Green of Oklahoma City; Carl Green of Sanford, Texas and Jess Green of Mather Field, California. The sisters are Mrs. Madge Erwin of Wheeler, Texas; Mrs. Nettie Sprowls of Phillips, Texas, and Mrs. Frances Watson of Sanford, Texas.
