She was raised in Durham and graaduated from Reydon High School in 1960. She lived in Oklahoma City until her marriage to Harold "Bob" Bailey on November 5, 1971 at Oklahoma City. In 1980 they moved to Elk City where she has lived since. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Charles Edward Armstrong and one sister, Lucy Matthews. Survivors include her husband Harold "Bob" of the home; two sons, Billy Davis and his wife, Christine and granddaughter, Amanda of Edmond, and Steven Howe of Elk City; two sisters, Jo Reed Page and her husband, George, Bobbie Noblitt and her husband, Jimmy; one brother, Junior Armstrong and his wife, Emma Jean all of Elk City; many nieces, nephews and friends. Casket bearers were, Mike Kauk, Steve Tompkins, Dusty Cloud, Jerry Joe Cloud, Jim Ed Noblitt, Rickey Armstrong, Jerry Cloud. Interment Fairlawn Cemetery, Elk City, Beckham County, Oklahoma.
