Wilson, Durha, died Thursday noon August 24, 1967 in the Cheyenne hospital following a short illness. Funeral services were held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Durham community building, with Joe Laird and Leland Burch officiating. Born June 9, 1890, in Hamilton County, Texas, he was married December 25, 1913 to Carrie M. Owens at Hollis. He came to Roger Mills County in 1923 from Beaver county and had resided there since. He was a life time member of the Church of Christ. He is survived by his wife, Carrie, of the home; two daughters Mrs. Cleta G. Estes, Oklahoma City, Mrs. Winona Fae Thomas, Durham; two sisters Mrs. Bertha Owen, Hollis, Mrs. Ozella Hundley, Portland, Oregon, Henry Wilson, Hollis; six grandchildren, one foster granddaughter, 15 great grandchildren. Interment was in the Fairview cemetery, Durham, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma with Scroggins and Son Funeral Home in charge. Cheyenne Star, Cheyenne, Ok
