Shugart was born in Missouri, April 12, 1878 and passed away at Woodward, May 14, 1965 at the age of 87 years. Interment was in the Silent Home cemetery, Roll, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma. Survivors include two daughters Mrs. Farry Davis, Cheyenne, and Mrs. Lyda Warren of Colorado Springs, Colorado, two sons, O.L. Shugart, Amarillo, Texas and Andy Shugart of Denver, Colorado, one brother, Walter Teague, of Decatur, Texas, 10 grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. Cheyenne Star, Cheyenne, Ok
