Dulsie Bell was born August 6, 1909 near Berlin, she has alway resided in Oklahoma. A member of the Berlin Church of Christ, she was married March 3, 1927 near Berlin to Raymond Williams. Survivors are her husband of the home address; one daughter, Mrs. Juanita Foshee, Alexandria, Va., one son, Clifford Williams, Stillwater; her fahter, John Marshall, Grimes, three sisters, Mrs. Lela Winters and Mrs. Lonnie Redfern, Portland, Oregon, Mrs. Loudene Powers, Firebaugh, California; two brothers, C.W.
