Amrine passed away in the Amarillo Veterans Hospital March 10, 1974 after a long illness. He was buried in Memorial Park cemetery, Amarillo, Texas March 13, 1974. He is survived by his wife, Maxine Amrine of the home, one brother Bill Amrine, Dumas, Texas, two sisters Mrs. Belle Moss of Iberia, Mo., and Mrs. Mary Vaughn of Cheyenne, Oklahoma. Mr. Amrine grew up near Durham, Oklahoma. He served in World War II and was wounded while serving in the Islands. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Judy Colleen. Cheyenne Star, Cheyenne, OK
