She passed away on October 14, 1967 at the age of 83 years at Cheyenne, Oklahoma. Services were held on October 16, 1967, at the Baptist church of Cheyenne. Lillian Gilchrist was married to Frank A. Brown in the early part of the century at North Little Rock, Arkansas. They had one child, Helen B. Trieves, of Cheyenne, Oklahoma with whom Mrs. Brown resided for the past eleven years.
