She passed from this life February 15, 1991 in Woodward Memorial Hospital at the age of 78 years. Gwen attended the Webb rural school near her childhood home and attended high school in the Camargo School system. On May 30, 1931, Gen Heath and Chester Leon Cleveland were united in marriage in Woodward. The home was first established near Webb, then moved to Taloga for a shor time and then they moved to Texas remaining there until 1945. They returned to Camargo where they owned and operated the Camargo Grocery and Locker business for many years, working until Chester's health convinced them of his need to retire. They continued their residence in Camargo where they were living at the time of Chester's death in 1973. Four children were born Betty Jean, Clay Dean, Patsy Leone, and one little son who died in infancy. In 1947, Gwen made her commitment of faith and became a member of the Christian Church, Disciples of Christ. Her church family became a beautiful part of living. She was very active in the work of Christian Womens Fellowship and she will be greatly missed by her church family. Gwen Cleveland and Wilford Allen were united in marriage on August 5th, 1988 in Seling, Oklahoma. Gwen's second family was also very dear to her and she truly fulfilled this position in her life as a loving wife and mother to these beloved ones. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one infant son, and two sisters, Grace Hunter and Gladys Humberd. She is survived by her husband, Wilford Allen of the home, two daughters, and one son, her step-children, and one sister. Cheyenne Star, Cheyenne, OK
