McGlothlin and Jane Cole McGlothlin. He departed this life February 16, 1968 at St. Mary's Hospital, Roswell, New Mexico. He came to Oklahoma at the age of 4 months. He was married to Mana Inez Cox at Hamburg January 1, 1920. To this union 4 children were born; 1 son, Edward H. McGlothlin of Roswell, New Mexico; 3 daughters Alaska Bllance Wendt, of Salt Lake City, Utah, Peggy Nan Beatty of Yuma, arizona, and Matty Jane Birch, Chester, California. In 1949 he was united in marriage to Ruthe Reynolds at Albuquerque, New Mexico, who preceded him in death in 1966. He was a member of the Baptist church, The Masonic Lodge. He was a veteran of World War I. Survivors include the four children; 12 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 1 sister Mary Coon of Durham, Oklahoma; 1 brother Roy McGlothlin, of Durham, Oklahoma, and a host of other relatives and friends.
