Hubbard of Strong City were held from the Silent Home church Sunday afternoon at 3:00 o'clock p.m. Mr. Hubbard was born July 22, 1910 at Roll, Oklahoma and died Friday, November 1, 1946, at 5:30 p.m. following a long illness. He resided in his home community all his life and was married to Miss Cordia Wilson at Cheyenne, December 21, 1933. Survivors include his wife of Okemah, three daughters, Billie, Betty, Pauline and one son, Leroy of the home address: his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Hubbard of Roll; four sisters, Mrs. Bill McMurtry, Strong City, Miss Carrie Hubbard, Cheyenne, Mrs. Gordon Cunningham of Cheyenne, Mrs. Chester Jone of Loving, New Mexico; 5 brothers, Claude, Glenn and Frank of Cheyenne, Everett of Strong City, and Ernest of Toponas, Colorado.
