Griffey, living northeast of Roll, died last Saturday morning. She was laid to rest in the Dickason Cemetery (now Silent Home Cemetery), near Roll on Sunday morning. She will be remembered by a host of friends who mourn her loss. She was devoted woman to her home and family and believed that the greatest wealth that could be given to her children would be an education. She not only usedc her energies in home life, but she was always with the public school interest.
