"Sonny" Sasser, 70 passed away unexpectedly on January 3, 2006. Born May 7, 1935 to Harvey Sasser and Leota Belter, who preceded him in death. Survived by his sister, Yvonne (Andy) Longoria brothers Donald (Sally) Conway, Wesley (Iola) Conwayl son, Mike Sasser daughter, Phyllis Anselmo; granddaughter, Sierra (Keith) Davis; great grandson, Adam Davis; special friends, Darrell Miller, Darol Biddle; nephe, Monte Conway; nieces, Leslie Conway and Ramona Rhodeds; and numerous cousins, nephews and nieces. James was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He spent his life perfecting the art of knife making. He also loved the outdoors and hunting. He will be sadly misseds by all.
