Services were held Monday at 2:00 p.m. in the Church of Christ with Don Hicks, McAlister, and Lendal Bolin ministers officiating. Born June 29, 1884 in Magazine, Arkansas, Mr. Donaldson was married to Lula Marshall at Magazine, Arkansas, June 12, 1910. They came to Berlin community in 1929 and in 1947 moved to Sayre. He has been an active member of the Church of Christ for over 60 years. He was an avid sports fan receiving the Sayre All Sports Award Sweater one year.
