She departed this life Septembetr 19, 1966 at the Roger Mills Memorial Hospital in Cheyenne. She moved with her parents to Oklahoma in 1902. She was united in marriage with Jackson Casady, February 10, 1920. To this union were born two children, a son, and a daughter. She is survived by her husband of Cheyenne, one daughter, Loree Busch of Fresno, California, and the son, L.J. Casady of Davison, Michigan. Also surviving are five sisters and two brothers. They are Gertie Barksdale, Amarillo, Texas, Edna Polk, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Essie Bales, Kansas City, Missouri, Ovie Forkner, Graham, Texas, Opal Cummings of Ilano, Texas, Burrel Blanton, Cheyenne, and Frank Blanton, Graham, Texas. Also surviving are four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She had been a member of the Methodist church since 1917. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and the Edednview Club.
