She was a member of the church of Chriist, Cheyenne 64 years. Her husband, four daughters, one son, two sisters, three brothers preceded her in death. Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Della May Giffey, Pampa, Texas, Mrs. Eula M. Hayden, Gallup, New Mexico; five sons Arthur of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, Otis of Springfield, Colorado, James and Kenneth both of Elk City, Louis of Wamego, Kansas; a brother, Albert Kelley; one grandson, Kenneth Bonner, whom she and her husband rared since an infant; 23 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren. Pall bearers were Dow Putman, Dale Wesner, James Scrivner, Lloyd Lee Martin Bazil Cunningham, and Ernest Baden. Her husband, the late Guy a. Yowell and one son, Lee Yowell, preceded her in death. Funeral services were conducted Thursday, April 30, 1959 in the community building, by the minister of the Church of Christ, John C. Spurlin, assisted by Rev. W.S. Little. He was born and reared in the Reydon community and attended the Reydon school. He was associated with his father for many years in the grocery business and in later years was owner and operated the store from 1932. On December 24, 1928 he was united in marriage to Goldie Dotson at Anadarko, Oklahoma and to this union one son was born. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Goldie Yowell of the home address one son, William Dean Yowell and wife Edith of Reydon, one grandson, immie Lee, his mother, Mrs. Verna Yowell, many other relatives and a host of friends. His father, the late Guy Albert Yowell preceded him in death September 27, 1955. Le was industrious, dependabled and lived an uprightg, clean and rightous life. He was one of the leading business men of Reydon until his recent illness. He was quiet, unassuming and loved his home and family, a devoted father and neighbor to all his friends. He was always willing to hlep in any worth cause. He always was patient in business and his lillness. Lee will be greatly missed by his loved ones and friends. Funeral services were conducted on Monday, March 9, 1959 at 2:30 p.m. in the Reydon community building with Rev. Charles Simpson, Methodist pastor of McAlester, officiating, and Rev. Frank Pollard, Assembly of God pastor, officiating. Interment was in White Rose cemetery, Reydon, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma. Cheyenne Star, Cheyenne, OK
