Nell enjoyed cooking, reading, and crocheting. She was preceded in deaath by her parents, husband, William "Bill" Raff, son, Dennis Elbert Raff, daughter, Bonnie McClellan, 2 brothers, 1 sister. She is survived by her 2 step sons, Tom Raff and wife, of Durham, Oklahoma and Robert Flewelling and wife, of Moreland, Oklahoma; 1 brother, Harlin "Bud" Mitchell and wife, Jean, of Amarillo, Texas; 2 sisters, Lendy Holm, of Kerms, Utah and Helen Charter and husband Richard, of Amarillo, Texas, and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. She was raised in the Sandstone Community and attended Sandstone and Herring Schools. She was married to Orvil Lee Bogges on December 24, 1937 at Cheyenne. They made their home in the Herring Community all of their life where Floreta was a mother and housewife and enjoyed working in the fields and gardens with her husband. Her hobbies included corcheting and making afghans especially for her 5 grandchildren and loved to go fishing with the grandkids. She worked several years as a nurses aide at the Cheyenne Care Center and was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Cheyenne. She was preceded in death by her husbaqnd in 1997 after 59 years of marriage, her parents, 1 infant sister, 1 brother and her special cousin, Rosella Moorhead. Survivors include 2 sons: Larry Bogges and his wife Shirleay of Lawton and Gary Bogges and his wife Barbara of Cheyenne, 5 grandchildren, 3 great granddaughters, 1 great grandson, 2 brothers, James Evans of Fairview, Missouri, Glen Evans of Amarillo, Texas, a special cousin, Johnny Moorhead of Elk City and many other relatives and friends. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Sayre and served as church hostess for many years. She was also a Sunday school teacher in the children and youth department. She was preceded in death by her parents, 10 siblings; and one grandson, Buddy Harless. In 1975, Delbert's job took them to Custer City where they lived until 1982. In 1982, they returned to Roger Mills County where they retired and have since lived. In 1993 Toots was baptized into Christ at the Cheyenne Church of Christ. Toots enjoyed gardening, crocheting and spendding time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Maggie Lucas, 1 brother, Claude Lucas, 11 sister Lila Grace Trainham. He was married to Miss Myrtle Francis Hardin at Canadian, Texas January 4, 1905. The couple made their home near Crawfod until 1948 when they moved to Sayre. He was a long-time member of the Methodist church. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Myrtle Park, 411 west Elm, Sayre; three daughters, Mrs. Velmer Crider, Mrs. Marjorie Crider, both of Mountain Home, Texas and Mrs. Leila Paschal, Wetumka, Oklahoma; four sons, Floyd Park, Durham, Hollis Park, Rosemond, California, Harlan Park, Sioux City, Iowa and O.T. Park of Reydon; one brotheer, Grover Park of Quannah, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Lilly Harris of Quannah, Texas and Mrs. Maggie Urquhart, Sapulpa, Oklahoma. The Rev. D.L. Heath, pastor of the Reydon Assembly of God church officfiating. Mrs. Widener died at St. Anthony hospital, Oklahoma City at 2:15 p.m. Thursday, April 6, 1950 following a brief illness. She was born March 23, 1919 at Durham, and has lived near there her entire life. On June 4, 1933, she was united in marriage to Norman C. Widener at Sayre. Mrs. Widener was a lifetime member of the Reydon Assembly of God Church. Survivors include her husband, Norman C. Widener; three daughters Elaine, Sharon, and Pauline, all of the home address, two sons, Clifford and Glen, also of the home address; three sisters, Mrs. Dora Timmons, Mangum, Mrs. Lucille Link of Oklahoma City, and Mrs. Georgia Cockrell, of Durham; four brothers, Virgil and Albert Lewis both of Durham, Arthur of Amarillo and Carl of Reydon. Mr. McVicker was born January 23, 1887 in Harper, Kansas and moved to Kingfisher county near Hennessey in 1889. He attended school there. He was married to Clara Mae Henrich in 1910 and they moved to Woodward county where they lived until 1915. They moved to Berlin in 1915. He has been a member of the Berlin Church of Christ for 35 years. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Clara Mae McVicker; two sons, Jesse Jay McVicker, Stillwater, and Edgar Leonard McVicker of Chickasha; two daughters, Mrs. Yale Sadler, Butler, and Miss Marjorye McVicker of Berlin; one sister, Mrs. George Cay, Washington state; one grandson, Jay Robert McVicker, Chickasha. Miller, 80, Hinton Junction, died in Western Oklahoma State hospital Wednesday after and operation there several days ago. Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Friday at Clinton. Miller lived with his son, Belva at Hinton Junction. He came to western Oklahoma in 1892 and lived in Cheyenne prior to moving to Clinton in 1917. He engaged in the real estate business and served as a deputy sheriff and jailer for eight years and as a policeman for three years. Miller was a member ofd the Christian church in Clinton. He is survived by his wife; one son, Belva; three sisters, Mrs. L.R. Douglas and Jim Hopkins, both of Abilene, Texas and Mrs. Minnie Tolleson, Washington, D.C. Also surviving are two grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Charley Miller was a substantial early-day resident of Cheyenne. Hed served the city as post master and was active in the civic affairs of the town: He was a charter member of the Odd Fellows Lodge of Cheyenne and continued his membership until the end of his life. Old friends of Cheyenne enjoyed stopping at the Hinton Junction to visit with Charley Miller who was hale and hearty until his last illness, and who enjoyed keeping in touch with his friends. She had been ill for the past three years. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Bessie Bost of Coulee, Washington, two sons, Frank Nebhut of Crawford, Oklahoma and Harry A. Nebhut of Morton, Texas, 15 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 8 great grat grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted at the Methodist church in Cheyenne Monday with Rev. Jim Combs, pastor and Rev. J.E. Barnwell of Crawford officiating. Burial was in the Cheyenne cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of the Scroggins Funeral Home of Cheyenne. Mrs. Nebhut came to Roger Mills County with her husband in 1903 and had made this her home since. Mrs. Nebhut was born January 12, 1860 at Terrell, Texas. She was married on October 5, 1879 to J.C. Nebhut who preceded her in death. They moved from Texas to Elmore City, Oklahoma in 1888 and came to Roger Mills County in 1903 She had been a member of the Methodist church for a number of years. Those from a distance present for the funeral were Wilbur Boardman and family, Duncan, Oklahoma; Inez Montgomery, Wichita Falls, Texas; Mr. and Mrs. Joe Clements, and Mrs. Elbert Cook and daughter of Elmore City, Oklahoma; Harry Nebhut and family of Morton, Texas; Mr. and Mrs. Fred Thierstein and son, and G.C.
