I am Gayle, and live in Kansas. My research in Pushmataha includes Charles (1836-1912) and Rebecca LASURE SMITH and their children. Some of the children ended up in Paul's Valley, OK others moved to CA in the 1930's. Charles, and a daughter-in-law Mrs. George (Mary Birtie Manley) Smith are buried there. Charles and Rebecca's children are Charles, George, Rebecca, Cynthia, William B, James W., Mary Ann, Lillie, Rozella, Grace, and Arkie. They were in the area around 1910-20 as far as I can tell. I am especially looking for Charles Smith's brother's (A)Lnason and George , who were with him in St. Clair Co MO in 1880, and then I have lost them. These three men were born in LaPorte IN in the 1836, 45 and 53. I have photos, some documents, and would like to find someone who would like to exchange information. Gayle gayle1@wheatstate.com
