I.m looking for any info on Paynes William franklin Payne was bn in 1868 in Ky. he was first mar. to Emily Jane Payne.had a daughter,Bonnie Mae.bn 1905. in Powderly tx. After Emily died, William married Quennie Bell Stagner Pixley. she had two sons Dallas and Ralph. After they were married in Tx . they moved to Dela area ,around 1915. william is buried in Dela Cemetry. William also had a nephew living close by. ( by the name William Moody).
