If no one here can get the obit for you, they probably can. Another option since you believe that he died between 1997 and 2004 would be to write to the Oklahoma Vial Statistics - here is the link - http://www.health.state.ok.us/program/vital/brec.html and order a death certificate. This will give you the name of the cemetery he was buried in, cause of death and most importantly a death date. That will make it easier to find the obit.
