Apparently, Granny's dad got land in Oklahoma in 1904 because he was part Indian, but then the land was taken away from him for some reason. I will see my 84-year-old mother tomorrow and I will ask her more about it. She is Minnie's daughter and she was born in Allen. I will write again tomorrow evening.
