My great great grandmother is a complete mystery to anyone. She died somewhere around 1910 and I know that she lived in Sulphur, Oklahoma because that's where her daughters were born. Her birth name was Maud or Maude Pullen(s) and she was born in 1880 in Texas. She married Sam Forney and had 2 daughters; Joyce Eva Forney and Audrey Christine Forney. I think she died around 1910 because Sam Forney remarried in 1912 to Nellie Forney and had more children. I wrote and tried to request a death certificate for Maude but was unsuccessful. She might have not died in Oklahoma. Any thoughts as to where I go next or does anyone have any other information on her? Thank you! Tina

Tina, I looked at Ancestry and the 1900 Census Johnson, Chickasaw Nation, Indian Territory, listed a Maude Pullen b. 1880 TX. She was listed as 20 yrs. with her parents T.W. and Clara and several siblings, Anna and Arthur. Could this be her? Let me know and I will search more. Tina, One more try, Is this your Maud, Maud B. Pullen? If so, check the town Sulphur, 29 March 1920 in Dougherty, which is near Sulphur. Tina, on the Pontotoc County cemetries look at the Allen Cemetery and I think this may be your Sam. He resting next to a Nellie.
