Hi Amy: Sounds like you are making a worthwhile venture.... I do not have any "old genealogy" books that I can send you, however, you might like to log on to my website www.earljones.net and see what 42 years of research has come up with. Check out the surnames....boo coos! Sometime in the very near future I should have some of the lines in book form as the PAF.5 program is excellent for printing out pedigree charts and books per se. I would be delighted to send you a disc with approximated 70,000 individuals and 25,000 marriages with some photos, biosketches, obituaries, & etc. You can log on to FamilySearch and download the PAF.5 program for free and all it would take is the disc that I will gladly send you. It takes less than 5 minutes. Just a thought......and good luck! I am looking to open a genealogy library in California after I receive my masters in Library Science. (probably at least 4 years from now). Also, if anyone wants to send their family pedigrees or history to me that would be great too! Feel free to email me with any questions.
