This Waymon Bomar Moore was born in a covered wagon under a tree near Allen Oklahoma. His father had been shot in the back the month before, and his mother and kids were headed for Eastland Texas. The family story goes that they had "Family" in Allen and had stopped by their place, but found noone at home, so they proceeded back on the road, but were forced to stop for the delivery of the baby, which was a month or so premature....
