There are a few names that match to some degree. Like with Alcey, I have some evidence she may have also gone by the name Harriet. But that could be wrong. With Thomas, one genealogist stated that he could have gone by the name of Wright. I swear that is the most confusing side of the family. I am trying to trace some family on that side to see if I can get any first had info. Do you know if the only way to find out if someone received indian Oklahoma land is the Dawes Rolls?
