I live 20 miles from Allen. I know of some Borders, as a matter of fact I had a Borders that was my highschool Biology teacher and There is a real estate agent here in Ada. I have also looked in the phonebook and there are three Borders living in Allen. You also mentioned a Wright, There is a Sophia Wright on my line. Have you tried the telephone online search? There are a few names that match to some degree. Like with Alcey, I have some evidence she may have also gone by the name Harriet. But that could be wrong. With Thomas, one genealogist stated that he could have gone by the name of Wright. I swear that is the most confusing side of the family. I am trying to trace some family on that side to see if I can get any first had info. Do you know if the only way to find out if someone received indian Oklahoma land is the Dawes Rolls? My try, would be to go to the NARA and Accessgenealogy website. The easiest one is AccessGenealogy it has search fields whereas NARA you have have to search through thousands of names in each tribe. My second try would be go to the website of the tribe you think they may be and if able print off their application for a CDIB aka: Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood.
