Nichols, Paul was cheif of Police in Picher, OK for a number of years, He also worked in the Miami, OK Police Department for a number of years. He moved to OK in the Middle 1930s from Arkansas. He had a son named Paul Dale Nichols who died at the age of 17 years of age. Paul C. Nichols was married to Betty Taylor Paul had a brother named Orvil andhe was from Cedar Hills, Missouri in 1974, Paul C. Nichols died in 1974 in Miami, OK and was buried in Neosha, Missouri. Paul C. Nichols had 2 daughters Norma Russell and Lorene Creecy, Paul and the mother of these two ladies divorced when Lorene was 2 years of age . They did not learn a lot about their father's family as a result of the divorce. Lorene is my mother-in-law and I am trying to track his family. Paul was born in 1905 in Kennett, MO and his father was Henry James Nichols his mother was Lorena Hortense Crawford.
