Roseanne, i find an Alice Armstrong listed in the GAR section of the cemetery. There is an office on the grounds and the lady that works there is very nice and helpful. While in Miami you might want to visit the Dobson museum it is excellent. Again their staff is excellent, well worth the time, and they have the GAR cemetery index books.
