Gaines Place of death is Eagle Pass, Tex. on Oct. 22, 1918. Born Sept. 14, 1896 in Fairland, Ok. At time of his death he was a soldier with the Army and posted in Eagle Pass, TEx. Place of Burial was Fairland, Ok. Do you know who this might be?? I would like to know who his mother was and where his father was from. My gggrandfather was Frank GAines and lived in Eagle Pass, Tex. I wonder if this William H. Gaines was a child born out of wedlock...cousin of the family who knows.
