Rev. Rick Gibbs will officiate. Interment will be in the Okmulgee cemetery under the direction of Buchanan-Wise-McClendon Funeral Home. Mr. Goins died Wednesday at the Okmulgee Memorial Hospital. He was born July 20, 1893 in Webb City, MO. He came to Okfuskee and married Hazel Southwick in 1912. He was a member of the First Christian Church. A son, Elmo Goins preceded him in death in 1978. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Hazel Goins, of the home, 1509 East 10th, three grand-children, and six great-grandchildren.
