Bushyhead is NE of Tulsa--if you have a Rand McNalley atlas, follow Rt 66 NE out of Tulsa.......past Claremore--you'll see Foyil, then Bushyhead, then Chelsea.......there is no town there to speak of. If you've heard of Clem McSpadden, famous rodeo announcer and US Congressman for Oklahoma--he was from Bushyhead--lives on a big ranch in that area. I don't know if there is a cemetery there or not, but if you find there is, sometime when I'm over that way, I could look for you..... Patti Jobe Can someone on this list tell me where Bushyhead,OK is and how large a place? Is it near Sand Springs or Morris? My ggrandparents died in the early 1900's and were supposed to have been buried at Morris,OK. I know that they lived at Sand Springs before their deaths, but just got info from another member of the family saying they died at Bushyhead. Thank you.
