We have been unable to locate any information other than that my father's Dad's name was A.E.(Edward) Jenkins - was born in 1875 and died in 1955. He married Beulah Edge in Ok but his folks were from Mississippi. Hopefully when I retire we'll be able to go to Ok and find out more information...wish I could help you --- Dad always said their was "indian" in our family too..??
