I have never heard him or his family mention any other Story's in the county. My father-in-law's grandfather, James Melvin Story, was raised in Arkansas and married a Susan Catherine Clark before moving to Oklahoma. I also was raised in Okmulgee County, in Dewar. Frank and I spent our "honeymoon" in Okmulgee. Since our name is Story and that was not a common name in the area, there is a good chance that there is a connection there somewhere.
