I just recently located the birth mother of my daughter-in-law, who was also born in OK in the 1970's. If you know the location of the adoption - county, city- you can start by trying the courts. If you find the court that handled the adoption, then try to get the records opened and get your original birth certificate. If you know where your birth mother lived, start looking for an on-line newspaper with archives and search for the Weibley name. It doesn't seem like a very common name so should turn up some leads. You have to get a few pieces of info to enable the search. Good luck.
